Why You Shouldn't Leave You J.O.B. Unless You Are Sure
The title tells it all however, I did the total opposite. I left my JOB - my just over broke and became even broker. I had made a big sale in my primary business online and got the big head. I want you to take my advice to heart and listen well to what I have to say. I begin a new phase in my life and everything was going well. The money from my internet marketing was starting to come in and I begin to think bigger then life itself. I later found a great network marketing company to join and before you know it I was receiving income form there as well. I really thought I had made it to the big times. Boy, was I mistaken you see as fast as the money came the faster it went. I later made a decision to quite my JOB (just over broke). The timing couldn't have been better my boss or what I like to can him "my S O B " had begin to act very salty towards me. I guess I was looking for a reason to leave and he knew it wasn't going to be long before I did. I begin coming in later and not really caring about my performance. I don't regret leaving, but I sure do wish I had waited a little longer. I tell you this because I know you are planning on quitting you job one day and I do recommend you to do that when the time is right and your happy,but please don't leave your JOB until you are sure. Here are some things you should do before you go.
1. Once you're ready to resign, do so gracefully.
2. I recommend speaking to your supervisor in person if at all possible.
3. Give them ample notice of your final day of employment.
4. Accompany that conversation with a letter that states your last day of employment.
5. Always remember to have all of your Vacation days used up.\
6. Finish hard and keep your integrity.
O. C. D. & Why Everyone Should Have it !!
O.C.D. for me stands for obligation, commitment & determination. Your obligation is something by which you are bound or obliged to do and it gives out a sense of duty for you to accomplish. It's really a binding promise or a personal contract that you make to yourself. However,your Commitment is basically the state of being committed. The pledging, or engaging oneself, you must Commit to the Obligation. Your engagement leads you to involvement which will usually give you determination. O.C.D. is being obligated,committed & determined to accomplish your goals and hopes. Without all three the act of coming to a decision and going forward with it doesn't have a chance. 1. Budgets are a necessary evil.
They're the only practical way to get a grip on your spending - and to make sure your money is being used the way you want it to be used.

- Evaluate your current spending and set goals that take into account your long-term financial objectives.
- Track your spending to make sure it stays within those guidelines.

If you use a personal-finance program such as Quicken or Microsoft Money, the built-in budget-making tools can create your budget for you.
4. Don't drive yourself nuts.
One drawback of monitoring your spending by computer is that it encourages overzealous attention to detail. Once you determine which categories of spending can and should be cut (or expanded), concentrate on those categories and worry less about other aspects of your spending.
5. Watch out for cash leakage.

5. Potential Tax Deferral
Becoming incorporated gives you tax deferral potential. Because you can defer paying some tax until a later time, you may be able to realize tax savings if you are then in a lower tax bracket, or if the tax rates have fallen.
6. Income Splitting
Another tax advantage of incorporating is income splitting. Corporations pay dividends to their shareholders from the company's earnings. A shareholder does not have to be actively involved in the corporation's business activities to receive dividends. Your spouse and/or your children could be shareholders in your corporation, giving you the opportunity to redistribute income from family members in higher tax brackets to family members with lower incomes that are taxed at a lower rate.
7. The Small Business Tax Deduction
If you incorporate your small business, your corporation may qualify for the small business deduction. This annual tax credit is calculated at the rate of 16% on the first $200,000 of taxable income, which may be a much lower tax rate than that applied to your personal income.
8. Increased Business?
Having Ltd., Inc., Ltee., or Corp. as part of your company's name may increase your business, as people perceive corporations as being more stable than unincorporated businesses. If you're a contractor, you may also find that some companies will only do business with incorporated companies, because of liability issues.

Becoming incorporated gives you tax deferral potential. Because you can defer paying some tax until a later time, you may be able to realize tax savings if you are then in a lower tax bracket, or if the tax rates have fallen.
6. Income Splitting
Another tax advantage of incorporating is income splitting. Corporations pay dividends to their shareholders from the company's earnings. A shareholder does not have to be actively involved in the corporation's business activities to receive dividends. Your spouse and/or your children could be shareholders in your corporation, giving you the opportunity to redistribute income from family members in higher tax brackets to family members with lower incomes that are taxed at a lower rate.
7. The Small Business Tax Deduction
If you incorporate your small business, your corporation may qualify for the small business deduction. This annual tax credit is calculated at the rate of 16% on the first $200,000 of taxable income, which may be a much lower tax rate than that applied to your personal income.
8. Increased Business?
Having Ltd., Inc., Ltee., or Corp. as part of your company's name may increase your business, as people perceive corporations as being more stable than unincorporated businesses. If you're a contractor, you may also find that some companies will only do business with incorporated companies, because of liability issues.

I have recently ran into an old best friend of mine from grade school. We talked for a couple of days and then she told me and my wife a story about her and a doctor who have kids, and another doctor who took her kids from birth. She was crying and upset which made me be sort-of believe her. She begged me to call the media, and tell them her story about the other doctor taking them away, I asked her questions about the doctor she supposedly had 4 kids with why he wouldn't do anything, her reply was he was under job scrutiny, since the other doctor worked there. So I called the doctor whom which she supposedly had kids with, to my surprise his wife answered the phone I told her the story my old friend had told me and after we hung up I got a call from a police officer. He told me what I did was wrong. I told him what my friend had said and he didn't believe. I called her house and her mother answered the phone, she told me she was so sorry and that my old friend has severe bipolar disorder. I was shocked! So I called the police man back and told him, and told him to please call her mother that I wasn't the one who was crazy. He did and he called back basically apologizing for not believing me. But my friend believes she has 6 more kids all with this doctor who has taken them from her. She said she is going to drive up there with a camcorder and record them, she even has names for them, she also said, "Do you know how hard it will be for me not to grab them," this scares me! I am now afraid not only for myself because I think I messed up her fantasy, but also for this other doctor and his kids. Her mother won't put her in a mental place for her to get help. How does someone help someone like this before something bad happens? Please respond I feel like I am her only hope.

The Silver Bank
Ever since I got into buying precious metals, I’ve always thought it would be a great idea to have a gold or silver backed debit card, so that I could protect my wealth against inflation and have an easy means of spending it through a card which would be accepted worldwide. After coming across GoldMoney, I would have thought they would have been the first to do something like this as they already store precious metal for their clients and allow them to buy it online and during an 2008 interview with the DGC Magazine, GoldMoney founder James Turk said, “Technology today enables gold to circulate as currency in a way that is far more efficient than any national currency, and further, anything you can do today with a national currency you can do with goldgrams. So I would like to continue expanding our scope of products. For example, we are often asked to issue a debit card that people can use to access their goldgrams. I’d like to see that happen in the next year or two, but longer term there are ways to use goldgrams that people aren’t even considering yet.”
Unfortunately, GoldMoney hasn’t taken the leap forward as yet to close the bridge between the online digital gold currency and offline plastic card worlds. I read that the reason was, “that if a precious metal repository begins to conduct transactions outside of it’s facility, it must comply with banking regulations. If this occurs, the ‘allocated gold’ becomes a liability of the vault which brings counter party risk. GoldMoney has been sensitive to this fact and they are very careful to avoid any ‘grey’ areas. For example, I’ve read that another company tried something similar and became ‘creative’ in trying to interface with a credit card company and/or PayPal. They became entangled in litigation that eventually ruined the company.” The closest thing I was able to find to bridging the two worlds was the ‘Crowne Gold Card’, which was an ATM debit card that gave client’s access to their gold bullion funds. The cost of the card was $95 and had a maximum daily withdrawal of $500 and worked through the STAR and PLUS networks. Unfortunately, the U.S. company closed its business in July 2008.
My hopes of owning a ‘real’ gold card came to life when I came across an article from the Associated Press that was discussing Utah’s recent legislation, which made US Mint legal tender coins exempt from state capital gains taxes and said, “Craig Franco hopes to cash in on it with his Utah Gold and Silver Depository, and he thinks others will soon follow. The idea is simple: Store your gold and silver coins in a vault, and Franco issues a debit-like card to make purchases backed by your holdings. He plans to open for business June 1, likely the first of its kind in the country.” I had been following the news of the various US states that were attempting to pass legislation making gold legal tender, and was happy that Utah passed its bill on March 25th, but this was the icing on the cake.
Things got even more exciting after I heard my favourite economist/investor Peter Schiff on his May 24th radio show [16:36-18:27] discuss the Utah bill and say, “We are going to be giving out VISA debit cards in multi-currencies at Euro Pacific International [bank] to our non-American customers, and I will look into having a debit card which is directly backed by bullion. Its a bit more complicated, but its not impossible.” And the same day I stumbled upon the Free Lakota Bank, a non-fractional bank that issues, circulates and accepts for deposit American Open Currency Standard (AOCS) approved silver coins/currencies and .999 fine silver bullion. I enjoyed the statements on their about page including, “Paper is a mortgage on wealth that does not exist, backed by a gun aimed at those who are expected to produce it. … Money is made possible only by those who produce. Paper is not money, instead merely a promise to pay. We hope that some day the rest of the world will awaken from the … American Dream, because you must be asleep to believe it. Well, that dream now has a silver lining; as people discover the dream is really a nightmare, the only solution is a return to value: value that comes from production and honest trade.” It addition to offering deposits facilities, the bank also provides standard and micro loans from a general investment fund that clients can assign a portion of their savings to be included in, with a specified rate of return.
I look forward to seeing these various ideas come to fruition and grow, as the problem with the current system is that we leave our paper money in the bank and the banks get to use it to enslave us. So the only way to get ourselves out of this indebted banking system is to have our money in sunnah and sound money like gold and silver.
In Peter Schiff’s July 29th radio show [36.02-38.35], Peter confirms that it is a MasterCard and not a VISA, “What we are going to be doing is allowing our banking clients [who are can not be American nationals] to purchase metals from us and then we will store the metal and we will give them a MasterCard that will function like a debit card, except what they are debiting is their gold holdings. … When you go into a store … the merchant has no idea what you are spending. He doesn’t know whether you have dollars, or gold or euros [backing the card]. He just sees a MasterCard and he puts it in and gets an approval code and you can buy what you want. … What that enables you to do is keep your principle in something that is not loosing value everyday.” Peter goes onto say that the gold holdings will be reduced according to the currency you are spending against and that currency’s exchange rate to gold. So if you are in europe and spending euros, it would be the euro rate of gold and the more the euro decreases against gold, the lower the reduction to the gold holdings

You know as well as I do that life has it's ways of becoming a major problem and can throw some serious blocks in our paths. I remember Robert K. telling me to use those blocks as stepping stones to get me higher in my life and business. I am so glad that I took his advice. I was once a drug dealer and then I became smarter then the drug and became a drug user. Life can throw some serious stones in your life.Now you my have not been a drug dealer or a drug user. But have you ever came across a problem that was major? You have to get bigger then the problem and see that problem for what it is a chance to make you better! Get better not bitter I have heard that better is better then being bitter and smiles are easier then frowns. However , if you don't do either then the life is what you make it. I want everyone to known that if I was homeless,broke and on drugs living on the streets that they can be better in life and business it just takes getting better,and how you do that is be better then your problems and wiser then your troubles, become what you dream is possible to be and live life with faith and action and not fear and inaction one step forward is better then 3 steps back so focus on stepping forward today.Right Now Right Where you are.
Why is the reason why
Why is the reason why. Why Did I Quit My Assistant Manager Job? I will type that again why is the reason why. I quit my corporate job as an assistant manger. I was very happy with the company itself,yet I was not happy with my life. I wanted so badly to be there to take my little daughter to school every morning. However, the plans where not easy as I planned them because I had more people planning them for me. I had to decide how could I plan my plans for me? The more questions i asked myself the more questions I came up with to ask myself. I wanted to know why this and why that. So according to the title of this blog post today why is the reason why and I have begun to know why I asked all these questions. I know why I needed to quit my job at the time I did the answer was as easy as the question. You may be yourself going through the same question why do you do what you do? The why is a power reason, here are some examples let's say you don't like internet marketing and you don't like being a leader. Did you know if you could find out why you didn't the reason why would be the same reason you should? Really sames like a maze of questions and answers that lead you back to to the same problem that in return was actually the solution. I have the answer for myself finally because I really understand why do the certain things I do and I understand why I don't do some of the things I do.
