As an employee I was very focus on becoming the top leader of the company I really wanted to climb the ladder and be on top. So I have work my whole life trying to do that and thinking it was the company that was keeping me from that goal. Then I understood one day that it was me. My mindset changed and I begin to understand how to become the person I wanted to be.
